Sweets and snacks in 2018? At this year’s ISM in Cologne, the world’s biggest exhibition for sweets and snacks, everything deals with the latest and most popular delicacies in the world. Biological and sustainably grown, vegan and sugar reduced sweets as well as protein foods are in focus because the wish for more conscious and healthy nutrition is becoming more and more important. Nuts remain a main trend. There are also are Do-It-Yourself kits for creative people: self-made fruit gum, sweet sandwiches or cupcake kits with decorations.
