ReDriver 2 Extended - New Features (Pedestrian Collisions, Water Reflections, Mission Maker)

reDriver 2: Extended is a heavily expanded version of REDRIVER2 that pushes Driver 2 far beyond the original PlayStation limitations, while still letting you choose how close you want to stay to the original experience.

In this video, I take a look at some of the most significant additions in the latest version, including pedestrian collisions, proper water reflections, the integrated Level Editor and the new Mission Maker, which lets you create your own races, chases, tail missions, escapes, deliveries and more.

The update also brings improvements to police behaviour, taxi jobs, Driver 1 integration, HUD themes, Photo Mode, Film Director replays, racing wheel support and performance options. Most of these additions are optional, so you can keep the original Driver 2 visual style while enabling only the improvements you want, or push everything much further on modern hardware.

reDriver 2: Extended is still in beta and requires your own Driver 2 game files, as well as Driver 1 if you want to use its content. The installation process is very clear and intuitive, you just need to follow the instructions of the program!
