Officers responded to a 911 call from a tearful Phoenix dad who reported being financially scammed, but these officers recognized a more immediate emergency -- his toddler daughter was having a birthday. So officers Figuccio and Schneider took the father shopping, loading a cart with toys, clothes and even a bike. The cops paid for the presents with their own money.
