“Demon Of Dreams” is the second single taken from the new Grymheart album “Wake Not The Beast” to be released on November 20 by Scarlet Records – This song tells the story of the Alp, an evil demon from Germanic folklore that appears in people's dreams, paralyzes its victims, and brings terrifying nightmares. Musically, the track showcases Grymheart’s more restrained, mid-tempo side, with a memorable main theme and a catchy chorus

Lyrics:
After you fall asleep
Spectral mist creeps around
A shade is born from the murk with
Phantasmal sound
Unworldly shape takes form
Feeds on your primal fears
Grabs your tormented mind and
Drinks bloody tears
From the deep underworld
Called by silent screams
No one can escape the
Demon of dreams
Nightmare, power within darkness evermore
Alp grips your shaking soul
Whisper, neverending faint and wicked cry
You hear death's coming call
You have no strength to wake
Wild fear looms over you
All of this feels unreal and
Madness breaks through
Breath tightens in your chest
Pure evil fills the place
This is your final hour and
Void of all grace
Unholy demon from hell
Who rules the eventide
Hey-hey, dream master
Withers your soul inside
Visions in mind
Loud silent screams
There is no hiding from the
Demon of dreams
