Process for creating Mod folder:-
1) Create a folder name "mods" in gta v game folder
2) Create a folder name "update" in mods folder
3) Copy the update.rpf file in to the mods into the update folder
4) Create a new folder named "x64" inside the update folder
5) Create a new folder named "dlcpacks" inside the x64 folder
Hence we have created the mods folder inside the GTA V enhanced.
