Two people sued Hershey's claiming they were tricked by this treat! The lawsuit was filed in Florida, where two plaintiffs say they purchased halloween-themed, pumpkin-shaped Reese's peanut butter candies. They claimed they were expecting the jack-o-lantern style design as shown on the package. When they opened up their candy, they alleged they found no carve outs, only a pumpkin-shaped, chocolate covered treat. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
