Extreme difficulty features:
-Tougher zombies: Zombies have more health than on lower difficulties, and just a few hits can knock you down.
-Scarce supplies: Fewer weapons, healing items and equipment pickups are available throughout the missions.
-Limited ammunition: Ammo crates can run out, so ammunition needs to be used carefully.
-High friendly fire damage: Careless shots and explosives can seriously injure teammates.
-No minimap: Players must watch their surroundings to spot approaching enemies.
-Reduced visual guidance: Regular teammate outlines and many objective and interaction highlights are removed, making allies and useful objects harder to locate.
-Limited revives: A second knockdown without healing means no revive, unless a class perk allows an extra knockdown.
