The Baltimore City Department of Public Works is considering options for water sources to address ongoing drought conditions. Recent rain wasn't enough to alleviate the dry conditions and low water levels at Baltimore-area reservoirs. So now, the city DPW is looking to pull water from the Susquehanna River, saying that will blend river water with water from Loch Raven Reservoir. Some customers may notice a difference in taste, color and possibly smell to their water.
