xHCI98: Windows 98 just got USB 3.x support! (sort of)

USB 3 on Windows 98? No way... except it actually works now. The new xHCI98 driver lets Windows 98 talk directly to USB 3.x controllers, and it's a huge deal if you want to run Win 98 or Millennium on modern hardware.

Get the driver from here: https://github.com/yeokm1/xhci98 and don't forget to install NUSB 3.6e first.

Also, Montech sent me a Titan Gold 1000W 80+ Platinum PSU to test, it is completely silent and it solved an annoying coil whine my old PSU had. Big thanks to Montech for that.

This driver was made by Yeo Kheng Meng, who (like myself) has a thing for running Windows 98 on modern hardware. And if you want to run it on a laptop, you just can't add a PCIe to USB card to solve the problem. So thanks to his xHCI98 driver, Windows 98 can now use mice, keyboards, USB sound cards, USB Ethernet adapters, and other USB devices on motherboards that have only USB 3.x ports, which is pretty much the case with every model released since 2016, when USB EHCI controllers were ditched by Intel and AMD in favor of xHCI controllers.
