A suspect, fleeing police, jumped into the driver's seat of one of their patrol cars and took off. Police in Dayton, Ohio, say the suspect was seen driving erratically through an active crash investigation scene. Officers decided to pursue the vehicle, which did not stop for police sirens and lights. The runaway vehicle eventually crashed after being struck by a police car in a PIT maneuver.
