Thomas Massie Names Epstein Co-Conspirators on House Floor, Pushes For New Transparency Vote | APT

Rep. Thomas Massie took the Epstein files fight back to the House floor, saying he read the names of several alleged Epstein co-conspirators who he believes should be investigated and prosecuted. Massie also said he had begun collecting the 218 signatures needed for a discharge petition to force a House vote on the Epstein Files Transparency Act II.

The new legislation, introduced in July 2026, seeks additional mechanisms to challenge the Justice Department over disclosure of Epstein-related materials. Massie has continued to press for greater transparency, arguing that the government has not fully complied with earlier disclosure requirements.
