USDOT issues emergency shutdown order of 100+ CDL schools, cites MAJOR FRAUD: Duffy

Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy announced an emergency shutdown order of 110 CDL schools, as well as removing another 160 training providers for failing to meet standards.

In the major fraud announcement, Duffy said many of the operations had unlicensed training instructors, no classroom spaces and missing testing records.
