Dying Light 2 Renaissance - Official Gameplay Teaser

After months of work, we're finally ready to give you a glimpse of what we've been building for Project Renaissance.

We've intentionally kept many of the best parts hidden not just to avoid spoilers, but to preserve the fun, excitement, and surprises you'll experience when you finally get to play the map for yourself.

This gameplay teaser is only the beginning. There's still a lot more to show, and we can't wait to share it with you.

Project Renaissance is being developed under BGA Game Studios, a studio I've been building over the past several months.

There are also a few surprises and extra details hidden on the website, so make sure to check it out.

Please keep in mind that this footage was recorded directly inside the developer tools/editor and represents an early stage of development.

During the recording of this gameplay teaser, we relied on frame generation due to the current limitations of the developer tools, particularly the lack of fully implemented LODs.

Because of this, you may notice occasional issues with lighting, shadows, flickering, or other visual inconsistencies throughout the footage.

These issues are not representative of the final product. They are a result of the current state of the developer tools and the fact that this footage was captured directly inside the editor.

As development continues and these systems are properly implemented, these visual issues will not be present in the final release.

So while this footage gives you an early look at what we've been building, it should not be considered a final representation of the finished experience.

And trust us there's still a lot we haven't shown you yet.
