When a wave of near-perfect counterfeit twenty-dollar bills starts flooding the country, U.S. Secret Service agents track the source back to a distinctive old forgery — one tied to a master counterfeiter already serving time. Convinced the plates never surfaced when he was caught, the agents must find a way to get the imprisoned forger talking before the fake currency spreads any further.
