It was crunchy, crispy, popping, and fizzy all at once🫧
Popping boba can be hard to find, so I also recommend popping candy if you want a different kind of popping sensation💜💙🤎
I chilled the popping boba beforehand too, and it tasted even better♡
Adding condensed milk made it even sweeter, just like shaved ice🍧
