A 48-year-old man is in custody after he jumped into the Inner Harbor after stealing a motorcycle in the Fells Point neighborhood Sunday afternoon, according to Baltimore Police. Police say units responded to the 2800 block of Boston Street for a report of a stolen motorcycle. Upon arrival, officers learned that a 33-year-old victim and the suspect had an altercation over the motorcycle, and the 48-year-old man cut the victim's arm with a pocketknife.
