Windows 11 out of the box is a bloated, AI-filled piece of garbage. So I tore down and refreshed my Beelink mini PC, repasted it with PTM 7950, then did a full clean Windows 11 install and stripped it down to something actually usable. Fresh install with Rufus, a local account (no forced Microsoft login), debloating with Chris Titus's WinUtil and O&O ShutUp10, and ripping out Copilot, Recall, and every other "AI feature" with Zoicware's Remove Windows AI. If you just bought a new PC or laptop, do this first.

DISCLAIMER: These are third-party scripts that make deep system-level changes. Don't blindly run anything off the internet, including from me. Create a restore point, read what each tool does, and use at your own risk.
