Ingredients List:
Custard Stout Ice Cream (Makes approximately 1 quart)
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (100 g) skimmed milk powder
2 cups (475 ml) water
3 egg yolks
⅔ cup Jamaican brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
200 ml Dragon Spitfire Stout (well chilled)
Eggless Stout Ice Cream
1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
1 cup (100 g) skimmed milk powder
2 cups (475 ml) water
⅔ cup Jamaican brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
Pinch of salt
1 bottle Dragon Stout, reduced by half and chilled (or substitute with alcohol-free stout or Malta for an alcohol-free version)
