Installing Windows without the Installer

What do you do when your PC is so old that it won't boot from USB and the DVD drive is bust? I don't know, don't ask me.

In this video I'm trying to install Microsoft Windows XP on a Toshiba Satellite S2450 from 2002, with the aforementioned difficulty of not having a way to install Windows.
