A recent string of vandalism at pools led to closures and a plea from city officials. The Baltimore City Department of Recreation and Parks is urging city residents to call police when they see someone inside a city pool after hours. The most recent vandalism was reported Saturday night at the Towanda Rec Center, according to Nikki Cobbs, the department's chief of aquatics.
