Baltimore Gas and Electric is set to resume service shutoffs next week after a moratorium prompted by customer service complaints, led to operational improvements. The Maryland Public Service Commission suspended BGE shutoffs after 650 customers contacted the Consumer Affairs Division, citing long call wait times, disconnections and lack of callbacks.
