Neighbors described feeling heartbreak and horror after the discovery of two children found dead from a shooting in Gwynn Oak. Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough said officers were called around 7 p.m. Tuesday for a shooting at a house in the 6100 block of Talles Road. The chief said the parents had arrived home and called police. One neighbor who asked to remain anonymous told WBAL-TV 11 News she saw the children's mother react to the discovery of their bodies.
