It has been revealed that the Nancy Guthrie ransom note was addressed directly to Savannah Guthrie. CBS News also revealed that the kidnapper's note goes on to describe the "exact location of Nancy's Apple Watch inside her bedroom," a detail that had never been made public and was meant to show the ransom demand was the real deal. The $4 million ransom was never paid and investigative reporter and bestselling author Howard Blum says detectives he spoke to are regretting that decision.
