Baltimore police say officers arrested a 14-year-old boy following a hit-and-run in Southwest Baltimore that killed a 3-year-old girl Saturday afternoon. Police say officers responded to a hit-and-run crash in the 1800 block of West Pratt Street around 1 p.m. and, upon arrival, found a 3-year-old girl suffering life-threatening injuries. She later died at the hospital. Police say the striking vehicle left the scene but was located by officers a short time later. The driver, a 14-year-old boy, was taken into police custody. Officers later learned that the car had been reported stolen by a family member shortly before the crash.
