3 - ingredient Chocolate Butter Cookies fro Beginners / Make Them Everyday for Your Family!

It's one of those recipes that I make on a repeat!
Because I could not stop eating them while filming. HEHE😅 Buttery, crisp, and that chocolate dip with the crushed peanuts on top just takes them to a whole other level.
And the best thing about this recipe is you don't need to be precise, you don't need any special equipment — just your hands, a few simple ingredients, and a little fun music in the background!

A few points while baking:
1. Clarified butter is ok to use as long as its in the semi solid form, not in liquid form.
2. Once you cream the butter and sugar, it should be firm not sloppy.
3. Add the flour to make a dough firm not soft or hard. It should be easy to roll out.
4. Refrigeration is not necessary before baking
5. You can freeze the cut out cookies upto a month to bake for another day.

Chocolate Butter Cookies Recipe ingredients:
90g ( 6 ½ tbsp ) unsalted butter
35g ( ¼ cup + 1 tbsp) icing sugar
135g ( 1 cup + 1 tbsp) all purpose flour
Bake in preheated oven at 175'c for 12 - 14 minutes.
Topping:
Melted chocolate
Crushed peanuts
