GTA Liberty City (GTA LC) - Turismo 116 seconds

Inspired by a speedrunner's record of 116 seconds for completing the Turismo race from the Portland payphone in GTA 3, I tried beating the time with the PCJ600 bike. I tried many times and all I could achieve was equaling the time of 116 seconds, but I know there is much to improve, so I know a time of at least 115 seconds is achievable.
