🧤✈️🇵🇹 One of the most unforgettable moments ever caught on camera at
Lisbon Airport (LPPT) and we were live when it happened!
As TAP Air Portugal's Airbus A330-941 was holding short of the runway,
the captain pulled out a Mickey Mouse glove and gave us an absolutely
legendary wave from the cockpit. Then, as the aircraft entered the
runway and lined up, he did it again, a second Mickey Mouse glove wave
that had the entire live chat going wild.
But he wasn't done. Right before the takeoff roll, the captain
gave the spotters an outstanding shoutout on radio, the perfect finale
to the most incredible crew interaction we have ever witnessed at LPPT.
Three moments. One departure. Absolutely priceless.
This is exactly why we show up every single time. Hours at the fence,
camera ready, scanner on and then a TAP captain turns a routine
