Most people only eat biryani at the table… but today I went behind the scenes inside the central kitchen of one of the most legendary Mumbai biryani spots in Dubai. 🍛🔥
Started back in 1973 in Mumbai, this place built its name through rich spices, slow cooking, and recipes that people have been coming back to for generations. Today, I finally got to see how everything is prepared from the kitchen all the way to the final plate.

Watching the giant pots of biryani cook, the meat slowly tenderizing, and the amount of work happening behind every plate made me respect this place even more. The aroma inside the kitchen was unreal.
