Round 2 of this year’s Intercontinental GT Challenge campaign comes from a sold-out Nordschleife where the cream of GT racing’s crop – as well as four-time Formula 1 World Champion Max Verstappen – contest the ADAC Ravenol 24h Nürburgring.
A record 41 of the 161 cars are entered in SP9 (GT3), 26 of which represent one of IGTC’s manufacturers: BMW, Ford, Ferrari, Mercedes-AMG and Porsche.
Last year’s winning combination of Kelvin van der Linde, Augusto Farfus and Raffaele Marciello reunite in ROWE Racing’s M4 GT3 Evo. But the strength of this season’s entry is significantly greater than 2025 when Marciello and Kevin Estre enjoyed a memorable late race battle.
The event’s broadcast rights restrictions prevent SRO from streaming this session in several countries.
