Longtime employees of Towson University's bookstore opened Campus Gear Uptown after the store changed management earlier this year. Stacy Elofir, co-owner of the new store that sells Towson Tigers merchandise, said she spent nearly two decades helping run the university's bookstore before it changed hands.
