A Maryland delegate responded after becoming the target of a podcast by two of his Republican colleagues. The Maryland House speaker demanded Anne Arundel County Delegate Brian Chisholm, R-District 31, and Calvert County Delegate Mark Fisher, R-District 27C, apologize to Howard and Montgomery counties' Delegate Chao Wu, D-District 9A. In the social media post, two statehouse Freedom Caucus members appeared to mock Wu's accent and suggested that he was a Chinese spy.
