Officials say a sheriff's deputy in Florida was saved by his bullet proof vest when a suspect attacked him with a knife. The Marion County Sheriff released video of the incident. After rushing the deputy and hitting him on the ground, the suspect fled into the woods while the deputy called for backup. When other deputies arrived, the suspect emerged from the woods and surrendered. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
