A police officer begs a woman to spare her own life after she was found sitting on the edge of a high-rise building with her feet dangling over the side. The NYPD released this video of the responding officers interacting with the distraught woman. She allowed the officer to hold her hand through an opening in the glass barrier, but he would have to wait for backup to arrive to help her further.
