Written by Christopher, this single was released in early-1986 as the first from the album “Different Light”. It quickly became a hit, reaching a peak of #2 for a single week on the chart date of April 19th, where it was held out of the top spot by “Kiss” from Prince & The Revolution. Ironically, “Christopher” was a pseudonym used by Prince, meaning he kept his own song from reaching #1.
