SKY 11 video shows aftermath of serious crash on Rt. 97

At least one person was taken to Shock Trauma on Thursday after a serious crash on Route 50 westbound, SKY 11 reported. Video shows the scene's aftermath in the westbound lanes approaching Rt. 665, near Interstate 97. SKY 11 Capt. Roy Taylor said at least three medevac helicopters responded to the location, shutting down both sides of Rt. 50 in the area. The eastbound lanes have since reopened, but there are still large delays on the westbound side.
