Michael Johnson is back on trial almost a decade after his third trial in the death of Phylicia Barnes ended with charges dismissed. Johnson, 40, was on trial in connection with the killing of Phylicia Barnes, but a judge dismissed all charges with prejudice. He's now on trial in Baltimore County, charged with sexually assaulting and trying to kill his teenage girlfriend two summers ago.
