Howard County police announced the arrest of a woman who they said shot at a Shell gas station clerk in Columbia. Officials arrested Shantay O'Donnell, 46, of Virginia, who is in custody on unrelated charges in another state, police said. O'Donnell will be handed multiple charges in Howard County, according to a news release.
