What a weekend of Athena coming into this world… Saturday afternoon park gym and playing tiggy lamppost with her big sisters while she was still inside me and then next day a quick food shop and clean, saying bye to papa as he went to film Rate My Takeaway and after some baking, writing and watching peaky blinders she popped out within an hour. 10 minutes after my waters broke on my exercise ball so it was just me and our lil hero George at home with papa on FaceTime.. needless to say i didn’ get chance to call midwife back. Oh so blessed with out perfect cherub and all the love around us. Thank you all, thank you Danny, Thank you universe and Thank you God. Yes i would have loved just Danny there & being on our own with music and a pool but how can i complain when the result is incredible and our families are all one now

Athena: The warrior princess - a lifetime of waiting for you but wow when you decided to join us you made an entrance.
Well we got a home birth so to speak 😂 Our Minnie warrior came within 10 minutes. An hour in total including contractions and I literally breathed her out on FaceTime to Danny who was out filming Rate My Takeaway when it happened so he was racing home. Meet Athena Minnie Chang’e Danaë Mei Lan Malin weighing 5lb 13oz. Born 3pm on 24/09/23. Our miracle cherub uniting all our perfectly imperfect wonderful babies and family who we would not be here today without.
We are eternally blessed. Still in hospital as had to get blue lighted in considering the speed, the fact it was just me and George at home, cord snapping and Athena dropping out my knickers and onto the floor.
