I Turned a Broken PSU into a Gaming Machine!
Turning a dead component into something useful sounds crazy—but this project takes a Broken PSU and gives it a completely new life by reusing its shell. At first, this Broken PSU was nothing more than a useless metal box that couldn’t even deliver power. But instead of throwing it away, I saw potential in the compact and sturdy design of the Broken PSU casing.

The idea was simple: don’t fix the Broken PSU—transform it. After opening up the Broken PSU, I removed all the internal circuits and components, leaving behind an empty shell. This is where the real challenge of the Broken PSU build began. The goal was to fit an entire mini gaming system inside that tiny enclosure, turning the Broken PSU into a stealth gaming PC.

Space was extremely limited, so every component had to be carefully selected. To make the Broken PSU build work, I used ultra-compact hardware like a mini motherboard, low-power CPU, and a small cooling solution. Airflow inside the Broken PSU was a major concern, so I had to cut vents and redesign parts of the case to prevent overheating.

Slowly, the Broken PSU started to transform. What used to be a dead power supply became a fully functional system hidden inside a familiar-looking box. From the outside, it still looked like a Broken PSU, but inside, it was something completely different.

In the end, this project proves that a Broken PSU doesn’t have to stay useless. With creativity, even an old PSU shell can become a unique and compact gaming machine.
