After nearly 10 years in development, Upstate Liberty is finally here, one of the biggest and most impressive map mods ever made for Grand Theft Auto III!
This huge expansion adds a massive countryside north of Liberty City, including new towns, roads, forests, and of course the iconic Ghost Town (with the bank from the intro cutscene), and much more.
It basically doubles the playable map while staying 100% faithful to the original GTA 3 atmosphere and style.

Here are the requirements to make this game work:
GTA III v1.0 (US version recommended)
Ultimate ASI Loader
Limit Adjuster (highly recommended for better performance with peds & traffic)
