We’re making incredibly juicy ground pork stuffed with melting mozzarella, served alongside a fresh, protein-packed egg and veggie salad. It’s quick, simple, and the flavor is just mamma mia! 🤌✨

🥣 Ingredients:
🥩 Ground pork — 300 g (10.5 oz).
🧀 Mozzarella cheese — for the heart-melting center.
🧀 Radamer cheese — 50 g (2 oz) for the crust.
🧄 Fresh garlic — 2 cloves.
🧅 Onion — 1/2 pc.
🧴 Mustard — 1 tsp.
🥬 Cabbage, Cucumber, Radishes — for the fresh salad.
🥚 Hard-boiled eggs — 3 pcs.
🌿 Fresh green onions & Parsley — for garnish.
🫒 Olive oil — for dressing.
🧂 Salt — 1/2 tsp (+ extra for salad).
🌶 Sweet paprika — 1/2 tsp.
🌿 Italian herbs — 1/2 tsp.
🧂 Black pepper — a pinch.

👩‍🍳 Cooking Instructions:

First Air Fry: Cook at 200°C (392°F) for 20 minutes.

The Salad: While the meat cooks, chop the cabbage, cucumber, radishes, green onions, and boiled eggs. Dress with olive oil, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

The Melt: Top the pork with Radamer cheese and air fry for a final 10 minutes at 200°C (392°F) until golden and bubbly. Serve with your fresh salad! 🤌🥗
