Архивният филм е заснет на VHS от Евалд Тийл през лятото на 90-та и 96-та г. В него могат да се видят наблюдения от центъра на столицата София от зората на демокрацията.
Сред тях и палатковият лагер ,,Град на истината", разположен на бул. Александър I в периода 4 юли-27 август 1990 г. Своеобразен граждански протест с искане за оставка на президента Петър Младенов.

The archival film was shot on VHS by Ewald Thiel in the summer of 1990 and 1996. It shows observations from the center of the capital Sofia from the dawn of democracy, including the tent camp City of Truth, located on Alexander I Blvd. between July 4 and August 27, 1990.
A kind of civil protest demanding the resignation of President Petar Mladenov.
