Ten tourists and their guide set on the „crown jewel“ of hiking routes in Bulgaria – the Kom–Emine trail. The youngest is 18 years old and the oldest is 70. Each of them enters the Mountains carrying their own secrets, dreams, and determination to endure the journey to the very end. Along the way, they encounter unexpected adventures, twists, and surprising discoveries – both about themselves and about one another. The series is based on the novel „The Journey“ by Juliana Doncheva.
