"Mercy" is the second single of 2026 from the anonymous UK-based collective PRESIDENT, released on March 26 via Atlantic Records. The track follows their previous release "Angel Wings" and arrives as the band concludes a North American arena tour supporting Bad Omens. Sonically, "Mercy" combines atmospheric synth-driven ambiance with low-tuned grooves and dynamic vocal shifts, ranging from melodic passages to raspy screams. Lyrically, the song explores the historical relationship between religion and human loss, reflecting a more personal and grounded thematic direction for the project. The track was produced by the band's vocalist and mixed by Zakk Cervini.
