Footage broadcast on March 26 showed Kim personally greeting Lukashenko and his delegation, underscoring the importance Pyongyang places on its relationship with Belarus. The two nations are both seen as close partners of Russian President Vladimir Putin, adding broader geopolitical significance to the meeting.
In addition to the official استقبال, Kim and Lukashenko visited the Liberation Tower, a monument dedicated to Soviet soldiers, where they laid a wreath in a symbolic gesture reflecting historical ties.
