HL2: Overcharged's NEW VERSION is PURE CHAOS

Regarding the crash fix in the mod:

Delete: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\OVERCHARGED\bin\modern_ui.dll
(it adds nothing substantial to the game).

Then open autoexec.cfg in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods\OVERCHARGED\cfg in the game and add these lines in the very bottom:

// STUFF I ADDED

violence_hgibs 0
violence_agibs 0
cl_ragdoll_collide 1

oc_ragdoll_death_weapon_holding 0
oc_ragdoll_death_weapon_holding_rand_range 0
oc_ragdoll_death_weapon_holding_time 0
oc_ragdoll_death_weapon_firing 0

// optional:
oc_weapons_enable_dynamic_bullets 0
oc_weapons_enable_universal_bullets_ricochet 0

Should work like a charm :)
