🔧 Commands, Paths & Settings Used:
1. Check RAM Speeds & Dual Channel
Tool: CPU-Z → Memory tab → Channel # (should be Dual)
Enable XMP/DOCP/EXPO profile in BIOS
Verify DRAM Frequency ×2 = effective RAM speed

2. Disable SysMain & Prefetch
Win + R → services.msc
SysMain → Properties → Startup type = Disabled → Stop
Optionally disable Windows Search

3. Set Custom Pagefile
Start → Advanced System Settings → Performance → Settings → Advanced → Virtual Memory → Change
Uncheck Automatically manage paging file
