🥖 Today we are making simple homemade bread in the air fryer!
With just a few ingredients you can bake soft bread with a crispy crust and fluffy texture inside.
Perfect for breakfast, sandwiches, or serving with any meal.
🍞 Ingredients
- 💧 Warm water — 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
- 🍬 Sugar — 10 g (0.35 oz)
- 🧂 Salt — 5 g (0.2 oz)
- 🍞 Dry yeast — 4 g (0.14 oz)
- 🌻 Sunflower oil — 30 ml (1 fl oz)
- 🌾 Flour — 350 g (12.3 oz)
- 🧈 Butter — for greasing
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Pour warm water into a deep bowl.
2️⃣ Add sugar, salt, and dry yeast.
3️⃣ Mix well.
4️⃣ Add sunflower oil and mix again.
5️⃣ Gradually add flour while mixing the dough.
6️⃣ When the dough thickens, start kneading with your hands.
7️⃣ Form the dough into a ball and place it in a clean bowl.
8️⃣ Grease the dough with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour.
9️⃣ Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
🔟 After 2 hours place the dough on a floured surface.
1️⃣1️⃣ Grease your hands with oil and knead the dough slightly.
1️⃣2️⃣ Fold the dough from the edges toward the center like an envelope.
1️⃣3️⃣ Form a ball and place it on parchment paper.
1️⃣4️⃣ Make decorative cuts on top with a blade.
1️⃣5️⃣ Cover and let the dough rise for another 30 minutes.
🔥 Baking
- Bake in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Flip the bread and bake for another 10 minutes.
🥖 The result is soft homemade bread with a crispy crust and airy crumb.
