When I first saw this recipe, I couldn't believe it could be so simple and so delicious! 😍

Oats, onions, eggs, a little yogurt, and mozzarella—and the result is an incredibly flavorful, tender, and filling "onion pizza" that tastes even better than regular pizza.

No complicated dough, no long kneading—we mixed everything in a blender, let it rest for a bit, and popped it in the oven.
