How To Play Doom 3 In 4K

Step 1:-
Install the game (Obviously)

Step 2:-
Go to Doom 3 install path, for example my path is:
E Drive - SteamLibrary - SteamApps - Common - Doom 3

Step 4:-
Click on the file 'Base'

Step 5:-
Open the 'DoomConfig' File

Step 6:-
Locate the line 'seta r_mode "x" and change the value to -1. So it will look like this
seta r_mode "-1"

Step 7:-
Locate the lines 'seta r_customHeight "xxx" and 'seta r_customWidth "xxxx"
Change the values to the screen size you want. So in 4K it will look like this
seta r_customHeight "2160"
seta r_customWidth "3840"

Step 8:-
Once this is done click save and you are now ready to play!
